Arrowquip is looking for a highly-motivated, creative and enthusiastic Content Coordinator to join our Marketing Team! Arrowquip is a rapidly growing company that designs and manufacturers cattle management and handling equipment for international distribution. We base our designs on cattle behaviour and strive to keep ranchers and their families safe. The Role:

  • Support social media content creation and social capital growth across multiple accounts and platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  • Curate content for B2C and B2B audiences
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, best practices, tools
  • Assist with writing content for blogs, advertorials, websites, etc.
  • Collaborate with other team members within and outside of the Marketing Team
  • Assist with keeping up with comments, messages, and leads on social media

You Have:

  • Degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or combination of applicable experience
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to learn and a passion for content creation
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment

Considered a Bonus, But We Can Teach:

  • Graphic design/video editing experience (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
  • Experience working with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Later, Buffer)
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of agriculture
