Government TB Testing Regulations

As per the Government of UK website’s tuberculosis testing guidelines, your testing and handling facilities must:

Allow safe movement of cattle;
Include a suitable handling system (such as a crush and penning system linked by a secure race);
Make it easy for inspectors to restrain and examine cattle, clip their hair, measure the skin with calipers, and give them injections;
Be in good working order;
Be suitable for the size and breed of cattle that have to be tested; and
Be well-lit so inspectors can read ear tags and carry out the test.
We absolutely love the Arrowquip system. Mommas are calm in it, safe, and all family members helping at ages ranging from 6-66 are safe and happy! Fastest safest most enjoyable cattle working we've ever experienced. So glad we did the research and decided to invest in Arrowquip system.

Product Features

  • Looking at the side of the Mobile Cattle Crush, Race and Forcing Pen with 8 feet of race

    Engineered For Transport

    One of the key features of the new portable handling system is the towing. The frame has been enhanced for structural integrity, and now has 51mm x 153mm beams on the top, and 76mm x 76mm beams on the bottom. The entire unit folds up into a compact and secure package for travel, ensuring your equipment will get to your destination safely, and the NEW fully Hydraulic Jack system ensures setup when you get to your location only takes a matter of minutes. The completely redesigned collapsible forcing pen is one of the most brilliant points of engineering our team has come up with to date! This truly compact pen is folded in a way that shortens the unit by up to 1727mm when towing, making the new 18' race portable unit the same length as the Q-Catch 86 Series Portable Cattle Crush, Race & Forcing Pen model was!

  • Needle door drop down bar for TB testing

    Designed for TB Testing

    The Q-Power 107 Series Mobile Cattle Handling Hydraulic Crush, Race and Forcing pen is an ideal solution for TB testing, as it provides proper access to the neck of the animal. The 324mm TB access area right at the front of the crush allows your vet or testing personnel can easily access the neck of your cattle to complete SICCT testing. This access to the neck is available on both sides of the crush, ensuring that you can complete testing quickly and effectively. Additionally, the Q-Power 107 Series provides a low-stress environment for your livestock, making it easier to handle your livestock regularly.

  • Easy Flow adjustable cattle race side image with two blinders on one side

    NEW 18' Easy Flow Race

    Make your mobile hydraulic cattle chute, race and forcing pen into a fully portable handling unit with the NEW 18' Race model. The longer race provides enough space for you to move all cattle out of the pen and into the race, preventing the need for stop-and-go handling which can be a challenge with mobile cattle equipment.

    Each Easy Flow Race section includes two removable panels that can be moved into multiple positions to control what cattle see, in accordance with our patent-pending 3E technology. This helps to guide cattle in the right direction using light and point of balance handling techniques.

    Also available in an 8' race model.

  • Q-Power 107 Series hydraulic cattle crush from the side

    Q-Power 107 Series Cattle Crush

    The NEW Q-Power 107 Series hydraulic crush is at the head of this powerful system. The fast-touch hydraulic controls provide superior cattle control, while the 3E components draw cattle through the system using light. This portable hydraulic crush enables handlers to complete their tasks in record time, leaving more time for the things that truly matter.

3E BudFlow® vs Crowding

The new 3E BudFlow® system is designed to enhance cattle flow through your system using light. Cattle are drawn to spaces they believe they can escape, and the 3E BudFlow forcing pen is works with this natural cattle behaviour. Cattle enter through the BudFlow gate and see light through the low sheeted panels, then turn back to where they came from once they reach the crowd gate at the back. Once the BudFlow gate is closed, cattle believe the race was their original entrance point, and will move into the race seamlessly.

The 180° Forcing Pen provides effective cattle movement from the pen into the race. The panels feature flat sheeting and square bars to minimize bruising, and the sweep gate features a lock out to keep handlers safe when forcing cattle into the race.
