Key Responsibilities

  • Provide insights on digital trends, news, and A/B test opportunities.
  • Adapt quickly to changes and pivot strategies on short notice.
  • Conduct audience analysis and target based on keyword and performance trends.
  • Execute and manage paid marketing strategies across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.).
  • Maintain KPI and performance goals, supporting analytics and GA4 reporting.
  • Assist with planning and supporting digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and quality control with the creative and content team.
  • Stay updated on industry changes, including digital marketing and agriculture opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to enhance cross-department success.
  • Manage ad accounts and performance metrics.
  • Curate and execute digital marketing campaigns with the content and creative team.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Manage social media content and engagement.
  • Foster relationships with B2B dealer partners and the B2C ranching community.
  • Support the management of promotional product inventory.
  • Attend tradeshows and network events.
  • Assist with other marketing projects to hit target goals.

The Requirements:

  • Marketing experience or a diploma in a related field
  • Experience with paid digital campaign management is an asset
  • Strong drive for performance.
  • Proficiency in learning new programs.
  • Ability to understand consumer behavior habits.
  • A passion for digital marketing.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to self-manage responsibilities and provide recommendations.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to changing digital ecosystems.
  • Understanding consumer habits is an asset.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and their specific requirements.
  • Knowledge of current trends in digital paid and/or organic advertising.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to challenge and provide combative perspectives on contrasting opinions.
  • The ability to handle high-stress demands.
  • Travel requirements to the United States and a valid passport.
